I struggled through getting the SDK going and trying to get an empty project going on a Windows machine. The Quick Start PDF isn't quite right in places. I've attached a PDF with some comments marked up. Fixing the Sifteo assembly reference was the biggest mystery, solved only by example in the excellent Tutorial by SeanV.
